Mike Shina is an award-winning Residential and Commercial Contractor with over 22 years of experience working in Metro Atlanta.  He holds the Graduate Master Builder and Certified Aging in Place Specialist designations through the National Homebuilders Association.  He served as the President of the Cherokee County Chapter of the Greater Atlanta Homebuilders Association.  With Windsong Properties, he managed development and construction at award-winning subdivisions, such as Somerset (Woodstock), Greystone Village (East Cobb), Garden Street (Woodstock), Heron Pond (Woodstock), Bel Aire (West Cobb), and Clover Creek (Woodstock).

Brandon Teeters is a Residential Builder with over 14 years of experience working in and around Atlanta.   With Weatherby & Associates, he managed the construction of homes in BridgeMill Country Club in Cherokee; With TCW Builders Group, he oversaw the construction of homes in Great Sky of Cherokee; he gained valuable experience with large scale custom renovations with Mark A. Palmer Construction while overseeing a $2.2 million home addition in Vinings. Working with Windsong Properties and Mike Shina, Brandon managed construction at the award-winning Bel Aire subdivision in West Cobb.
